Took this picture a while ago at the Denver Botanic Gardens and loved the color. I think this is hen and chicks, though it was a lot bigger than the ground cover I had in my garden.
Lovely! I saw your comment on BMW re; Joy Harjo, and I am sure you were a grad student when I was an under-grad student in the Creative Writing Department, and I wanted to say “Hello!” I may add you to Google+ circles if I can figure out how to use that. I can be found at numerous, numerous Kosmic Eggs — Kosmic Egg Projects on FB is easiest. — Amanda (Morris) Johnson
I’ve enjoyed reading your posts, particularly of YJ’s Snack Bar in Kansas City, my home. In that post, you mention the street cars in Kansas City and Denver, so I thought you might find this interesting: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Motors_streetcar_conspiracy
Sending you good thoughts and wishes as you continue your battle against breast cancer,
Julia

Thanks, Amanda. I am bad at using Google+; I used it for a while and then slacked off. I’m more likely to be on Facebook these days.
