resulted from the loss of the Black Hills. But he got his at the Greasy Grass!
I’m sorry I took so long to reply. You are right, of course. All the land in the US was Indian land when the European settlers arrived. I’m not familiar with the history of the gold rush in the Black Hills, though I do know that a gold rush was what led to the settlement of Denver and Boulder and, within a few years, to the Sand Creek Massacre.
